Past or present, i really like salvador dali, but someone's already doing that for the presentations in my spanish class. I'm looking for an artist from spain, mexico, or anywhere they speak spanish.

El Greco - Spain. His name was Domenicos Theotocopoulos. If you like Dali, you will see where he gets some of his inspiration.
Reply:Diego Rivera is great. He's a muralist from Mexico. Lots of color, focuses predominantly on people and flowers/vegetation. If you want to go with Spain, look up "El Greco", Francisco Goya, Diego Velazquez (baroque) or more contemporary: Rafael Canogar (abstract). There are lots...do a quick search and just go with what you like best.
